• Phase 1 – Preparation: Get everything set up on your profile. Make sure to pay attention to their “Profile Completion %” and reach the 100% completion.
• Then, you need to position yourself around 1-2 primary skills that you are offering. Be specific with these skills. For example, instead of offering “Web Design”, offer “Wordpress Development”.
• This is important. You need to be GREAT at the skills you are offering. Make sure you have honed your skills before you begin on Upwork as this is essential to success.
