Data mining is the process of data collecting, storing, processing and concluding to a specifically identified pattern that had not been assessed previously. The collectibles industry is huge, however, the majority of the industry harbours in financially stable countries, among which USA is one of the foremost. Considering the market value being generated around collectibles, it is found that products are priced higher than usual based on their tagging as collectible item.

In this talk, Andreas picks apart the false dichotomy of 'rainbow' market types (white, grey, black, red, blue), the underlying moral assumptions in these classifications, and why Bitcoin's colorblindness matters in a world where state 'justice as a service' (JaaS) is not only jurisdictionally relative and contradictory on a global scale, but often faulty and destructive within its own borders. CLARIFICATION: At 6:50, I said that it was illegal to use bitcoin in to escape Venezuela's currency collapse. This is somewhat incorrect. There is still no law in Venezuela that is explicitly in favor or against the use of bitcoin itself; Bitcoin's status in Venezuela would be more accurately described as a grey market. Authorities have justified arrests based on accusations of "committing cyber fraud and power theft," or "money laundering" and "financing terrorism." Bitcoin miners are often subject to extortion by local police. Another charge has been "bypassing currency controls," which is what I meant to address in that statement. This is my first time using YouTube's new Premiere feature, so please let me know if you enjoyed it and I will consider doing more of these releases in the future. This Support Vector Machine in R tutorial video will help you understand what is Machine Learning, what is classification, what is Support Vector Machine (SVM), what is SVM kernel and you will also see a use case in which we will classify horses and mules from a given data set using SVM algorithm. SVM is a method of classification in which you plot raw data as points in an n-dimensional space (where n is the number of features you have). The value of each feature is then tied to a particular coordinate, making it easy to classify the data. Lines called classifiers can be used to split the data and plot them on a graph. SVM is a classification algorithm used to assign data to various classes. They involve detecting hyperplanes which segregate data into classes. SVMs are very versatile and are also capable of performing linear or nonlinear classification, regression, and outlier detection. Now, let us get started and understand Support Vector Machine in detail. Below topics are explained in this "Support Vector Machine in R" video: 1. What is machine learning? 2. What is classification? 3. What is support vector machine? 4. Understanding support vector machine 5. Understanding SVM kernel 6. Some experience with a programming or scripting language (preferably Python) Some computer science background, and an ability to understand new algorithms. Description Learn how to build recommender systems from one of Amazon’s pioneers in the field. Frank Kane spent over nine years at Amazon, where he managed and led the development of many of Amazon’s personalized product recommendation technologies. You’ve seen automated recommendations everywhere – on Netflix’s home page, on YouTube, and on Amazon as these machine learning algorithms learn about your unique interests, and show the best products or content for you as an individual. These technologies have become central to the largest, most prestigious tech employers out there, and by understanding how they work, you’ll become very valuable to them. We’ll cover tried and true recommendation algorithms based on neighborhood-based collaborative filtering, and work our way up to more modern techniques including matrix factorization and even deep learning with artificial neural networks. Along the way, you’ll learn from Frank’s extensive industry experience to understand the real-world challenges you’ll encounter when applying these algorithms at large scale and with real-world data. Recommender systems are complex; don’t enroll in this course expecting a learn-to-code type of format. There’s no recipe to follow on how to make a recommender system; you need to understand the different algorithms and how to choose when to apply each one for a given situation. We assume you already know how to code. However, this course is very hands-on; you’ll develop your own framework for evaluating and combining many different recommendation algorithms together, and you’ll even build your own neural networks using Tensorflow to generate recommendations from real-world movie ratings from real people. We’ll cover: Building a recommendation engine Evaluating recommender systems Content-based filtering using item attributes Neighborhood-based collaborative filtering with user-based, item-based, and KNN CF Model-based methods including matrix factorization and SVD Applying deep learning, AI, and artificial neural networks to recommendations Session-based recommendations with recursive neural networks Scaling to massive data sets with Apache Spark machine learning, Amazon DSSTNE deep learning, and AWS SageMaker with factorization machines Real-world challenges and solutions with recommender systems Case studies from YouTube and Netflix Building hybrid, ensemble recommenders This comprehensive course takes you all the way from the early days of collaborative filtering, to bleeding-edge applications of deep neural networks and modern machine learning techniques for recommending the best items to every individual user. The coding exercises in this course use the Python programming language. We include an intro to Python if you’re new to it, but you’ll need some prior programming experience in order to use this course successfully. We also include a short introduction to deep learning if you are new to the field of artificial intelligence, but you’ll need to be able to understand new computer algorithms. High-quality, hand-edited English closed captions are included to help you follow along. I hope to see you in the course soon! Who is the target audience? Software developers interested in applying machine learning and deep learning to product or content recommendations Engineers working at, or interested in working at large e-commerce or web companies Computer Scientists interested in the latest recommender system theory and research

With makeup, clothing, and a cane, we help disguise D-Trix, our Prankster, as a senior citizen. D-Trix then surprises people on Hollywood Boulevard when he suddenly transforms from a stumbling old man into an amazing dancer! In the finale, Jeana (dressed as his nurse) pushes him in a wheelchair to “watch” his boys Quest Crew as they dance for a crowd. He blows away the crowd with some real “old” school moves. About the book: Learn to detect corporate accounting sleight of hand: the aggressive accounting tactics companies use to make their numbers look better than they are, from "channel-stuffing" to inventory tricks. This knowledge lets you avoid the risk of investing your savings in companies that are playing with -- rather than by -- the numbers. The book also presents an integrated long-short investing strategy to take direct advantage of such shenanigans, but, whether you go all the way to a long-short portfolio, or just focus on avoiding landmine stocks that will blow a hole in your financial security, the book will help improve your investment approach. About the authors: John Del Vecchio is the cofounder and co-manager of The Active Bear ETF, a fund dedicated to shorting individual stocks with fundamental red flags. Previously, he managed a hedge fund for Ranger Alternative Management, L.P. In addition, he worked for well-known short seller David Tice and famed forensic accountant Dr. Howard Schilit. Del Vecchio co-advises the Motley Fool Alpha long-short newsletter. Tom Jacobs, Portfolio Manager of Motley Fool Special Ops, applies this book's earnings quality tests to his value and special situations long side to form a long-short portfolio. He is managing partner of holding company Complete Growth Investor, LLC, principal of The Marfa Group, Inc., and a real estate investor. This talk was hosted by Alex Martelli on behalf of Authors at Google.

The Business Blockchain charts new territory in advancing our understanding of the blockchain by unpacking its elements like no other before. William Mougayar anticipates a future that consists of thousands, if not millions of blockchains that will enable not only frictionless value exchange, but also a new flow of value, redefining roles, relationships, power and governance. In this book, Mougayar makes two other strategic assertions. First, the blockchain has polymorphic characteristics; its application will result in a multiplicity of effects. Second, we shouldn’t ask ourselves what problems the blockchain solves, because that gives us a narrow view on its potential. Rather, we should imagine new opportunities, and tackle even more ambitious problems that cross organizational, regulatory and mental boundaries. Drawing on 34 years of technology industry experience as an executive, analyst, consultant, entrepreneur, startup mentor, author, blogger, educator, thought leader and investor, William Mougayar describes a future that is influenced by fundamental shifts brought by blockchain technology as the catalyst for change. William Mougayar has been described as the most sophisticated blockchain business thinker. He is a blockchain industry insider whose work has already shaped and influenced the understanding of blockchain for people around the world, via his generous blogging and rigorous research insights. He is a direct participant in the crypto-technology market, working alongside startups, entrepreneurs, pioneers, leaders, innovators, creators, enterprise executives and practitioners; in addition to being an investor, advisor, and board member in some of the leading organizations in this space, such as the Ethereum Foundation, OpenBazaar and Coin Center.
