VengeanceOverlord (2 years ago)
+Shu Hello, did you plug in the 4-pin or 6-pin power plugs? And have you tried it in a different slot? Also make sure it's seated properly in the slot.

Are there any software things that I need to know about?
Michael Gunderson (3 years ago)
@VengeanceOverlord Thanks!

Hello, the graphics card comes with a driver disc which you'd need to install. But it's always recommended to download the latest drivers from the manufactures website.

you probably don't have a good power supply to run on your computer
Flagz (3 years ago)
I have the exact same one and I installed it correctly and everything but when I check my pc settings it shows that I have no graphics card installed, it isn't letting me download a driver neither

If I don't give my card enough power, will it not be able to be detected?
Malphaze (3 years ago)
@VengeanceOverlord Does it matter that the flap is down or no?
HEIL GRAMMAR HITLER! (3 years ago)
@VengeanceOverlord Thanks for the reply, I asked this because when I installed the card, the CD said I needed to install it, so I thought it wasn't being detected.
VengeanceOverlord (3 years ago)
@YourAverageRobloxianYouTuber Hello, I have not had that happen yet. but i do believe that it won't be detected or it won't power on/show any video on the monitor.

Hey Im having a problem with installing my graphics card on my pc. It says that "send error report" message and I cant open the software for it. Funny thing is that I did it once before formatting my pc and it worked no problem. What could be the cause for the problem now? Thanks
General Katarn (4 years ago)
@VengeanceOverlord whenever I boot my PC it fails to run the software.
VengeanceOverlord (4 years ago)
Hello, There could be many factors that may cause an Error message to come up. Which Graphics card(s) do you have? What does the Error Message say? Do you happen to have a Second computer which you would be able to test the Graphics card on to see if the same message will show up on it?

Is the GT 730 considered a low profile graphics card? I plan on possibly buying that
VengeanceOverlord (4 years ago)
@MrGutaro No problem.
Brennan Gutierrez (4 years ago)
@VengeanceOverlord Ok. Thanks again for the help
VengeanceOverlord (4 years ago)
@MrGutaro That Zotac seems to be a good card for the price. and for $80 it wont be doing the high settings gaming. but it'll do what you need it for. and it's always good to have a little head room just in case you move towards a different game that needs a bit more power out of the graphics card.
Brennan Gutierrez (4 years ago)
@VengeanceOverlord I appreciate your help. After some more research I found a Zotac GT 730 2gb ddr3 zone edition graphics card for about $80 I think now I may lean towards getting this one. What do you think?
VengeanceOverlord (4 years ago)
@MrGutaro Okay, so its minimal to basic games that you are playing. if so for that price it'd be better than what you have right now. see if you can find the 2GB version for a similar price. it'll give you just a little more head room just incase for future updates and such. but that card would be suited for you for now in my opinion.

How about software. I have this card but can't get it to show on the device manager
VengeanceOverlord (4 years ago)
@rodbrown42 Hello, I'm guessing that you've already tried to Re Download the Drivers from Gigabytes website? if not please try that method. if you have tried that method and it's not showing then i'm not exactly sure on why it wouldn't show in your Device manager. also did you go under Display Adapters and it wasn't showing under that?
paradoxdesigns (5 years ago)
how has that new card treated ya? I just ordered one for a basic PC but it seems pretty beefy for something nearly silent.
VengeanceOverlord (5 years ago)
No problem. Enjoy the graphics card.
paradoxdesigns (5 years ago)
Beauty! sounds perfect. thanks for letting me know!
VengeanceOverlord (5 years ago)
Hello, I haven't really put it to test on high intensive games. but it is doing well enough for some daily tasks that i do. mainly right now i'm running a dual monitor setup on this card. which i'm not at all surprised about. since my previous card was the Gt 210 512MB version and i was doing dual monitor on it also. so i'd say for basic tasks this should be enough.

is gt610 do any good with dragon nest?
VengeanceOverlord (5 years ago)
so you're basically just going to do an upgrade for your current configuration of your system? if so this is straight from AMD's website specifically for the Radeon 7750 States: minimum requirements for the card are: 400w-500w or greater power supply, minimum of 4 GB of RAM, and a x16 slot like i show in the video to be available for use.
shira tun (5 years ago)
what im scared is what if my motherboard couldnt handle it
VengeanceOverlord (5 years ago)
From what i see from my point of view there are a few different Radeon 7750 so i'd recommend to pick which one that is up to your needs. there are 1GB and 2 GB Models by many different manufactures. check also if you are just doing an upgrade to your computer or planning to build one to have the right requirements for the graphics card that you are looking into. you don't want to get the best one and have a problem once you've ordered & payed for all of the components. But Short form Definitely by the tests and comparison that i've looked into the Radeon 7750 seems to be a bit better than the GT 610. but that's also on one's preferences.
shira tun (5 years ago)
thanks but I think i am going for radeon 7750. any comment on this? please. i am not that good in pc though. haha
VengeanceOverlord (5 years ago)
Hello, after looking at the minimum specs and the recommended specs for the Dragon Nest. The GT 610 Graphics card is definitely capable to run the game. and still able to play or do some other tasks.
VengeanceOverlord (5 years ago)
Depending on the Games that you might play. it all varies on how much you're willing to spend and which games they might be. now of course you might be able to play BF3 with this on very low settings. I just haven't tried that yet. for myself i don't play games that really need a high demand towards the graphics card. but i definitely suggest to spend more money on the graphics card than anything else. Take a look at the GTX line or Radeon HD but stay within budget if you have one.
Patrick (5 years ago)
ty, ill check that out
VengeanceOverlord (5 years ago)
Hello, So you have the GeForce GT 610 and want to upgrade. First thing there is no problem at all on the motherboard side about installing the GeForce GTX 660. The only slight problem that you may have is how much space you will have between the GeForce GTX 660 and your Case/Hard Drive Cage. I suggest to do some measurements to find out how much space you have exactly. the current specs for the GTX 660 is 9.5" Length & 4.376" Height & Requires 2 PCI Slots. Hope that Helped you. Have a Good Day

i got a geforce gt 610 right now but i wanna replace it with a geforce gtx 660 but will that even fit?
